The Jenkins Bakery digital loyalty card is provided by C2Epos Systems Ltd and enables customers to collect stamps upon purchasing selected products. By downloading the loyalty card to your wallet, you are confirming that you have read and understand the following terms of use, conditions and exclusions:

1. The loyalty card must be downloaded from the C2Epos website to your mobile wallet. Whilst every effort is undertaken on the part of both Jenkins Bakery and C2Epos Systems Ltd to prevent the transmission of viruses, we recommend users have anti-virus software installed on their devices, and we can accept no responsibility for the loss or corruption of data from virus transmission.


2. The loyalty card enables customers to collect stamps on specified product groups. Once 10 stamps are accrued on a specific group, the 11th item is free.


3. Product groups that currently enable customers to collect stamps are selected cakes, all hot drinks, selected savouries and selected loaves.


4. Rewards must be redeemed within the same category in which the stamps were collected.


5. Some items and product groups may be excluded from gaining loyalty points.


6. The digital loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.


7. The digital loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with the physical Jenkins Bakery loyalty fob card.


8. Jenkins Bakery take no responsibility for loss of points or rewards due to website or wallet malfunction.


9. Jenkins Bakery reserve the right to remove or suspend use of the digital loyalty card without notice.


10. The wallet may not update immediately to give an accurate count of points. Your loyalty balance can be checked at any time in store


11. The loyalty card must be used at point of sale, prior to payment being processed. Points cannot be added retrospectively after sale has completed


12. The digital loyalty card can only be used in store.
